Update 1.69 (nice)

Wow I made it to the sex number of updates... and nothing says sexy like

changes:

- more difficulty tweaks

- camera no longer swings around when changing between camera angles

- platforms will hopefully no longer get desynced when you go into slow motion too often

- camera in fixed camera zones is a little less janky

- slightly adjusted rosie's jump height, but in a way so miniscule you probably wont notice 

- trampolines are a little more forgiving 

- there's a little icon now above an npc when you can talk to them

- added some little tutorial icons to hopefully make some things a little more clear
